Weekend Campers:
Cost: $30 per household for the weekend (Friday and Saturday nights); to be paid to the Social Committee (see payment options below).
Campsite setup: Each campsite may accommodate up to two families or a maximum of eight people. Campsites may include a mix of RVs and tents. Please plan your setup accordingly and be mindful of shared space.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Sabbath will be provided for weekend campers; please bring a case of bottled water to share. All other meals are on your own, please plan/pack accordingly.
Payment: Please submit your payment by March 31:

Online - via AdventistGiving.org, select Social Committee Fund and submit total; contact Shiela Wood at (682) 557-2922 once payment is made to confirm your reservation.
Day Visitors:
Cost: No charge (except Entrance Fee, see below)
Meals: Sabbath lunch and dinner will be provided; please bring a dessert to share
Entrance Fee (to be paid at park entrance): Church Group discount - $10 per day, per car (up to six people). Must tell the entrance gate attendant that you are with the “church group” to receive the discount.

Weekend Itinerary
*All times are subject to change; all activities are optional, but we encourage you to join in the fellowship and worshipping together!
Friday, April 10
2-6 p.m. -Check-in and set up camp
6-7:30 p.m. - Dinner on your own
7:30-9 p.m. - Evening worship around the main campfire | Speaker - TBD
10 p.m. - Quiet hours
Saturday, April 11
9-10 a.m. - Breakfast will be provided for weekend campers
10 a.m. - Sabbath School (Adult and Children classes will be available around the camp sites)
11:15 a.m. - Sermonette around the main campfire | Speaker - Pastor Valadez
12:30 p.m. - Haystack lunch will be provided for all
2-6 p.m. - On your own (walk, fellowship, nap); club activities
6-7 p.m. - Hot dog dinner will be provided for all (don’t forget to bring your own skewers if you wish to cook something over the campfire)
7:00-7:30 p.m. - Vespers around the main campfire | Speaker - TBD
7:30-10 p.m. - On your own (or group games, fellowship/hang out around the campfire)
10 p.m. - Quiet hours
Sunday, April 12
Breakfast on your own
9:30 a.m. - Morning devotion | Speaker - TBD
10 a.m.-12 p.m. - Pack up (check out is 12 p.m.)
Some packing items to keep in mind - tent and stakes, bug spray, lantern or flashlight, chairs, blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, games, snacks, cooler, sunscreen, etc.
Day Visitors - bring your own chair, food, cooler with your own drinks, flashlight (if staying after dark), etc.
Parking: Vehicles must maintain all wheels off paved surface while parallel parking. Head-in parking off the pavement is not allowed. Campsites may have two vehicles per site parked in the site’s parking space.
Restrooms and Showers: The camp has a restroom and shower facilities located near the group camp site. Please bring your own toiletries and towels.
Pets: Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times. Please make sure to clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on the swimming beaches or playgrounds at any time. Pets cannot be left unattended at any time.
